Sam Houston and The Alamo Avengers: The Texas Victory That Changed American History by Brian Kilmeade. We listened to this 7-hour audiobook on a road trip to see the Grand Canyon, and found it to be an exciting tale of how the founding fathers of the Republic of Texas fought for independence.
